What Causes Painless Blister On Penis?

i just found a blister that is painless on my willy. I have not had unprotected sex except with my wife . i have been masturbating a lot though. there is one large one and one smaller one next to it. I also have a coldsore that has come up at the same time.

If it were only the blister on your penis I would have suspected it to be due to rough masturbation (without lubrication), but due to the presence of the cold sore as well I believe this is most probably a herpes outbreak and you will have to get yourself checked for the same.

You could be experiencing a lowered immunity due to various causes like medications that cause immunosuppression, infections, etc; but whatever the reason you need to get examined and treated. As you have only been with your wife you should get her tested too, and also discuss her history in detail just to be thorough.
