What Causes Painless Bruise On Lower Abdomen With Fatigue?
I have a round dark purple bruise on my lower abdomen but isn t painful to touch or anything. I have had some stomach cramping but it s up higher than where the bruise is. Haven t had any injuries or anything but have been feeling very light headed lately & fatigued

You have mentioned no history of trauma.Since trauma is ruled out,the other causes needs to be investigated.
Muscle strain or tear,internal bleeding or hematoma and bleeding disorders should be ruled out.
Abdominal ultrasound for fluid collection should be taken along with complete blood counts,bleeding and clotting time,Prothrombin time to rule out bleeding disorders.
