What Causes Painless Bruises On Inner Thigh?

my 13 yr old daughter is very active, she's on a swim team and is very athletic. about a month ago we noticed some "bruises" on her inner thighs, at the same location on both legs. the bruises are not painful and have not changed in color or size. they just wont go away. what should we do?
