What Causes Painless Bumps At The Base Of Penis
I have a few bumps around the base of penis but they don t hurt and they aren t open sores. They are only visible after masturbation and after I put neosporen on them they go away in a couple hours. Any idea what this is? I also have a bump that started as an ingrown hair but it won t go away.

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of genital wart. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. Once the diagnosis is confirmed you can opt for either cauterization or cryosurgery.
