Hi, I noticed two days ago a hard painless lump on the bone behind my left ear, this morning the lymph node behine the ear is swollen as well, it is tender, the lump is not. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to an enlarged lymph node.
The enlarged lymph nodes are commonly related to an infection in the system.
I suggest to use an anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
If the symptoms continue,I suggest to see an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
