What Causes Painless Lump In The Testicles?

Hi,

When I turned 16 I noticed a small pimple looking bump on my balls, so i tryed popping it, and it didnt work it was like hard. So I left it be. I Dont have medicare anymore, due to expired card and never renued it.

At around the same time of finding it, (within like a month or 2), I had an accident where I hurt my balls. I dont know if this helps...

I am now turning 22, and it is a little larger now. About the size of a dime, but oval "like an egg." It is painless unless i try to turn it around.

It seems to be attached to the inside of my sack. "Not to my testicles."

I would really like to know what this may be!

PLEASE help!

Thank You!

General Surgeon 's  Response
I welcome you to healthcare magic for your health concerns
I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. It appears to be Sebaceous Cyst, it is usually painless and hurts only when gets infected. However, clinical examination is required to make an exact diagnosis along with ultrasonography of the scrotum. If such a patient walk into my clinic, after clinical examination and establishing my diagnosis. I guide the patient, if these lumps bothers him much we can go for excision followed by tab Co-amoxiclav 625mg 1+1+1 and Paracetamol 500mg 2+2+2 for 5 days along with scrotal support. Since these are prescription drugs and a procedure is involved, So you need to see a general surgeon.

I hope my answer will help you. Do rate it, if you like it.
