General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

- It sounds like it may be a razor bump or a small follicle infection; it is probably unrelated to the chlamydia
- Keep an eye on it. If you spike a fever or if it grows in size, you could get antibiotics for it / may need drainage
- You can use Lacto Calamine lotion to soothe the skin

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
