What Causes Pain,tightness In Lower Abdomen, Bubbling Up Of Gas In Stomach?
On Monday I have been having a tight sensation in my lower abdomen. In the early hours this morning I was in severe pain. I had to go in foetal position. But this only helped a little. I am not constipated or being sick. I can hear air bubbles on occasion in my stomach and shooting pain. I m frustrated as it s getting Mr down. Mr Dr s have no availability to see me and I just want some peace of mind

I really appreciate your concern, such condition could be dyspepsia and possible reason could be infection and hyperacidity and in my opinion these can be managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time, no need to worry about this, this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
