What Causes Pale Lips While Suffering From Severe Anxiety?
I went to see my grandma tonight whom is in hospice care center, she is within hours of passing away, I have sever anxiety disorder n take alprozolam prescribed , while visiting grandma it felt like a sever panic attack hit me, as we were leaving to go home for evening, my son looks at me n said dad why are your lips soo white?!? Can severe anxiety n stress of grandma during cause my blood flow to change up in such a manner that my lips would turn white
As you say that you had anxiety and panic attack. Such conditions can cause dehydration, dryness in lips and tongue. Moreover, blood circulation to periphery like skin decreases which causes paleness. There is nothing to worry.
You relax and avoid such situations which can precipitate it. Engage with family, friends, visit some scenery and a public spot for fun.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
