What Causes Pale Pink Discoloration On The Lower Lip?

My lower lip is turning to pale pink since an year. Corners and external part is still brown. Middle part is turning pink slowly. Earlier both my lips were brown. I don t smoke. And I am not exposed to sun for long durations. Please let me know if this is a known condition.

itcan be depigmentation. consult dermatologist to examine and exclude leukoderma this is only probability or it can happen after some infection like fungal infection. can apply candid ointment externally.
