hi,im a 20 year old.i had a cup of coffee this morning.the regular mild one.and now i'm experiencing palpitations(obviously) and difficulties in breathing since this morning until now (its 9.30 pm)..its not severe though.i just have to take a very deep breath or breathe rapidly.this is the first time.i've been drinking coffee more than i tend to these past 2 weeks since its exam week.but no more than a cup a day.is there a problem with me? or is it normal?i dont usually have this kind of effect when i drink coffee.i dont drink or smoke.im asthmatic(mild).i dont have any allergies.
