What Causes Palpitations Along With Breathing Difficulty And Stomach Ache?

Hi - my 13 year old son just called me into his bedroom (suppose to be sleeping) and said his heart seemed to be beating quickly, he was having trouble breathing and his stomach was hurting. He does have seasonal asthma and I asked if he needed his inhaler and he said no. He doesn t have any discoloration around his lips and seems to be moving air a bit labored but fine. He then said he felt he may get sick. About 5 minutes later he fell asleep, breathing through his mouth and his breathing seemed to regulate. Any thoughts on this?

You can take pantoprazole and domperidone combination drug twice a day for five days take paracetamol 2times a day for five days take Salbutamol 2 times a day for five days

do yoga and pranayam in the morning do exercise in the morning do meditation in the morning

do walk in the morning .
