What Causes Palpitations And Blurred Eyes?

Hello, I have been having episodes of a racing heart, blood sugar dropping, blurry eyes, shaking, my muscles feel like they are quivering. I am taking omeprazole DR 20 Mg and Fluoxeting HCL 60 MG along with an OTC Allergy pill. Should I be concerned?

I think you are experiencing an episode of hypoglycemia. If you have diabetes, fluoxetine may affect your blood sugar levels. Monitor your blood sugar regularly and share the results with your doctor.
