What Causes Palpitations And Chest Pain?

Hi, I had a palpatation (I often do) but this one lasted long enough for me to almost pass out....I have had slight chest pain since and my right arm was numb and tingly for several minutes. I took my BP it was 114/86 and my pulse was 103. Should I be worried?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there. Palpitations and chest pain may occur due to an underlying heart problem. I would advise you to get an EKG done to rule out any possible abnormalities. Also get a thyroid profile and Lipid profile done to rule out other causes. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
