What Causes Palpitations And Discomfort In Upper Arm?

hello, im 44 yo, few days now, my heart pounding faster just about 5seconds..then normal, then pounding again. it happened with no pattern, can be in the morning, but come about 2/3 times when bed time. My right arm feel discomfort, from upper arm to little bit bellow of elbow. Is this serious? do i experience some symptoms?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be nonspecific and may be due to functional disorders unless it is being proved some pathology and for that you need to get done EKG test because without this nothing can be said for sure, although this could be nonspecific one hope this information helps, take care.
