What Causes Palpitations And Fatigue While On Diltiazem And Xanax?

I was currently prescribed Diltiazem 24hr180mg,and I also take subutex,Wellington hc l 150mg,and xanax,on top of naurotin, needless to say my heart is pounding out of my chest and I have extreme fatigue i am doo weak i can t walk to the bathroom without having difficulties breathing what can I do it stop taking to feel better? Any advice??

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, your palpitations and fatigue are due to uncontrolled anxiety. Xanax is newer anxiolytic drug. This is not controlling your anxiety. So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need additional anxiolytic drugs like Propranolol or Flunarizine combination. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
