What Causes Palpitations And Fluttering Feelings?

Lately I ve been having trouble sleeping because everytime I lay down, I can feel and hear my heart pounding all through my body, and it s keeping me up at night. I have been dealing with anxiety attacks lately, I ve been to several doctors in the past few weeks and even had an EKG during a trip to the emergency room, and my heart seems okay. What should I do? I m just afraid of something going undetected. I also have palpitations/fluttering feelings sometimes, more frequently now than ever before.

Hi,
I would advise you to undergo holter monitoring. It is an examination when they pur ECG electrodes on you with a little device. It records your ECG during 24 hours and it will show whether you have arrhythmia.

Wish you good health.

In case of further questions don't hesitate to ask.

Regards,
