Hello,

Actually, leg twitching and palpitations in the chest and stomach are indicating a panic attack.

To me, you should sit with your doctor, and ask him/her what to take when you have this episode (I'm pretty sure it is not happening all the time).

I know you are on sertraline, but at that precise moment, you need to take another medication. Should also exclude cardiovascular problems through a complete cardiac check-up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
