What Causes Palpitations And Nausea During A Stressful Moment?

hello,
i noticed for the past 5-7 years that whenever i get in a stressfull moment ( trouble, fight, score reports release) i start over thinking abt it , for days . and at that moment i get some palpitations, sweating, chest pain and neasua .
i would like you to recommend a medication for me.

Overthinking,chest pain,nausea,palpitations are all as a result of anxiety attack.It may be associated with mitral valve disease of heart that gets manifested with stressful moments.

You need to first rule out any heart problem by doing electrocardiogram and further if necessary,2D Echo of heart may be advised.

Anxiety management involves anxiety control by behavioural therapy under guidance of psychologist.
Certain anti anxiety medications like diazepam,zolpidem or restyl may be advised at bed time under prescription of psychiatrist.
Practice regular yoga,meditation,breathing exercises to relax your mind.
Healthy diet advised for general physical and mental well being.
Get minimum 8 hours of sleep everyday.
Avoid addictive substances like alcohol,smoking or any other substance abuse.
