General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Usual instances do not show changes of palpitation in supine position so far as Bigeminy is concerned. It is the underlying stress and anxiety which make you to think over and over for the issue and provoke more sensation of palpitation with pain in supine position.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
