What Causes Palpitations And Pain In The Right Shoulder?

Just wondering how concerned I should be about a symptom I had last night...I could feel my heart beating and it felt like it was shaking my whole body. I was sitting working on my computer at the time and did get a couple of pains in my right shoulder.

Your symptoms can be related probably to a muscle strain.
Anyway I suggest you to do some examinations to esclude a cardiac cause.So you should do:
-a physical examination
-an electrocardiogram
-a complete blood count
-troponin in blood
