What Causes Palpitations And Pain In The Throat?

I have been getting some heart palpitations, as well as a fluttering in the front of my throat also some pain almost like a bruise like feeling on my ribs at the sides of my chest. I feel like I am a bit short of breath and the fluttering happens (or at least I notice it) when I am sitting relaxed or trying to sleep. I have always got migraines but they have not been as regular as an adult as they were when I was younger except that I think now I get them more often related to hormones (as a young adult when on the birth control pill and again each time I was pregnant). Recently I have been getting clusters of migraines. What could this be?
