What Causes Palpitations, Dizziness And Appetite Loss?

Four weeks later, I began feeling unwell,my heart beat at time s was rapid and high then feeling dizzy and my mouth tasted nasty.the first thing I did I went for a pregnancy test but it was negative so the condition has been on and off up to now I have no appetite at all.please help me.

The appetite loss is due to intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus.

The palpitations are due to underlying anxiety or stress.

I suggest to get vital parameters evaluated with your PCP.
