What Causes Palpitations, Pain On Upper Arm/neck/shoulder When Having Diabetes Type2?

Hi Doc.I have been having this nagging pain on my upper right arm.I also have a neck pain onmy right back shoulder.sometimes palpatations.
I have diabetes type 2 Which is under controll wit tabs.and I was given cholesterol tabs Ezetrol and high blood pressure tabs all at the middle of last year when I had Shingles on my right side of face and hand.

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
palpitations in diabetes may be due to hypoglycemia or due to hypotension also.
some antihypertensive medications like amlodipine also causes increased heart beat
i suggest you to check your sugar level during palpitations.
the pain may be due to a condition called postherpetic neuralgia i suggest you to meet doc and consider taking medicine for it in my opinion tab pregabalin 150 is a good choice.
