What Causes Palpitations, Tingling Sensation In Hands And Shortness Of Breath?

Hi, I experienced palpitations, shivering, sweating, tingling sensation in left hand and legs, shortness of breath last night. I went to the hospital at once and my ECG was normal, BP was 130/80. I am a female, 41 years old, weight is 67, ht is 168cms

This features suggest anxiety or panic attack.It presents with sudden onset of shortness of breath,with palpitations.a normal ECG virtually rules out the cardiac events which can present similarly.Drugs like benzodiazepines like lorazepam 1mg for 2- 3 months will help to control the symptoms.Consult an expert psychiatrist for further help.i also advice you to have regular physical exercise and low fat diet for weight loss.
