HELLO
Enalapril is used to treat hypertension, heart failure and kidney problem, but in some cases, there's some side effects like palpitations which is a rare side effect, but can be found in some patient especially after the age of 60 and after 5 years of treatment.

I suggest that you should report that problem to your doctor to evaluate your condition and to see if there's a need to decrease the dose or changing the drug.
Hope I answered your question
Wish you a speedy recovery
Best regards
