What Causes Palpitations While Suffering From Stress?
Sir i am chary 37 ,five years back at night i felt my heart beat slow for 5 seconds after 5 seconds its normal and recently i felt my heart beat fast for 10 seconds after that it gone what could be the reason sir and more over recently i became very sensitive and i am suffering from stress
hello, i can understand your concern. feeling ones own heart beat racing ie palpitations is a normal thing everyone experiences during stress. it comes back to normal within a few minutes. this is a normal thing and you need not worry about it. if it leaves you dizzy or is not controlled, i would suggest you to get an ecg and a consultation with a doctor. ecg will give us info about any rythm abnormalities.
for stress, try meditation and breathing exercises. exercise for atleast half hr every day for 5 days a week. exercise is one of the best stress busters. if these fail i would advise you to consult a psychologist for behavioral therapy.
hope this helps. have a nice day
