What Causes Palpitations,fatigue And Shortness Of Breath?

Hi, From the previous few months I am suffering from headaches, palpitations, fatigue, shortness of breath, unrefreshing sleep and pain in muscles of back of legs. I work in closed environment in basement. Can you suggest me what problem I may be having?

hi..welcome to hcm..
your symptoms are suggestive of ischeamic changes of heart..so get an ECG 2D ECHO immediately to confirm diagnosis.also monitor blood pressure...start medications like anti hypertensives,antiplatelets by consulting your cardiologist immediately..thankyou
