Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

I went through your query and can understand the distress that you must be having due to your symptoms. You seem to be under lot of stress and as a result are manifesting the symptoms that you have mentioned. These symptoms are indicator of depression and anxiety.

I would suggest that you should consult a psychiatrist to initiate treatment for your symptoms. Treatment with anti-depressant drugs like escitalopram would be highly effective in your case.

I do hope that you found the answer helpful. Best wishes.
