What Causes Pan Around Shoulder And Breast?

I m having mostly constant pain that seems to originate under right scapular region and goes over r shoulder and across r breast. Pain is about level 5-6 which in up from 2-4 yesterday . I saw Dr yesterday, since I was concerned about MI. Enzyme came back negative and the EKG was normal. Tylenol and heat prescribed, but Tylenol did nothing and heat made it worse. Why am I having this pain?

if pain will be radiating to other parts
so do MRI CERVICAL SPINE
and rule out the pathology
