Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Pancreatic parenchymal abnormalities need to be confirmed with blood tests including enzyme levels and liver function tests. It can happen in people who do not drink. This can result from underlying probelm in the functioning of liver or the pancreas itself. It can also be due to fasting for long durations and not taking meals on time. Please consult a medicine specialist and get tests done to confirm diagnosis. Treatment for this condition is usually by medicines and taking proper meals on time.
