What Causes Panic Attacks After Over Exerting?

My mother is a social worker and has what she calls attacks after over exertion especially during the weekend. She also calls these attacks non- function or speaking about with other odd things after these over exertions. She also as taken to the urgent care locally and they gave her a Terydol injection in the butt area which normally works. She sleeps on a couch and is overweight.

Hello,

If those are panic attacks, it has to be because of the pressure and stress your mother is taking when she is working in society. Stress management may be needed for her to manage the anxiety and panic attacks. I hope doctors have done everything to diagnose her physical condition and providing her the best care and treatment. Request your mother to take vacation and go for stress management therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
