What Causes Panic Attacks And Back Pain After Cipro Intake?

I stopped taking cipro last month due to a bad reaction,tremors, weakness,night sweats, panic attacks & pain in back and tendons off & on since stopping. In my urine todau I lost stringy tissue twice, and was hoping it wasn't drug induced kidney damage, with the tissue being passed in urine? Having urinalysis tomorrow, just worried. Had perfect ct on kidneys in nov, for suspected stones, and good bloodwork 1 week after cipro. Just haven't felt good since meds. Was healthy 42 yr old before cipro...
