What Causes Panic Attacks Despite Taking Valium?
Hello, I was prescribed Valium for a panic disorder. I ve taken it as prescribed; 10 mg at 11 am and 10 mg at 4 pm. It s currently just past midnight, but I m having a horrible panic attack right now and wanted to know if I could take anymore to help me calm down enough to sleep without harming myself?

I really appreciate your concern, it is better to go for counselling and try to come out of this condition without the helps of medicine it seems difficult but not impossible, try to be positive and practical, initially medicine can be tried even after this the symptoms are still there then it is advisable to find alternative instead of increasing the dose of Benzodiazepines hope this information helps.
