What Causes Panic Attacks, Memory Loss, Blurring, Hives And Heart Fluttering?

hi my duahters 14 years old and shes been haveing really bad panic attacts lately and memory loss,bluryness,hives and a bad fluttering heart problem she is still a virgin and eats right we just cant seem to figure out whats wroong with her? and she also gets hot very esaley and im not able to get her into the doctors office so can you pleas help me?
