Hello,

Paralysis in young may be due to:
1. Hypokalemia
2. Gillian barre syndrome
3. Vasculitis
4. Infection of CNS
5. Congenital heart defects with embolism

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done MRI brain, ESR, CRP, ANCA and serum cholesterol levels. Please consult with your neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
