What Causes Paralysis, Choking And Fainting At The End Of Masturbation?
Right in the end of the masturbation (it happened 3 times during the last 3 months), my body stay paralyzed, my head turns to the left side, my right arm makes involuntary movements, i also can not breathe like I m choking, this lasts about 10 seconds, fainting and waking up after a few hours. Any ideas about what this is ?

The paralysis, choking and fainting at the end of masturbation co-relate with the vasovagal symptoms of over excitation most likely from the release of epinephrine and norepinephrine.
However, a clinical examination at the time of the event can serve the best standard of evaluation in this matter.
