General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are due to nerve compression at neck (bronchial plexus compression). May be due to a right cervical rib, enlarged lymph node or pinching of supplying nerve fibers at neck region (cervical spondylosis) on the right side. Needs expert treatment by a neurophysician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
