What Causes Paralysis Of The Body For Few Minutes?

Hi...Yesterday my father got Fits for about 30 Min in which his right side body get paralysed for dat tym only....What is dat??Is it a starting of Paralysis???? One thing again to tell u dat before 6 years he also had brain operation & after the fits yesterday he was telling headache on the right side.Plz help
