What Causes Paralytic Stroke At A Very Young Age?

                                                       I am writing this e mail from Turkey because of my wife. She is 27 years old. It has been 2,5 years that my wife had a stroke while she was sleeping on February 22nd midnight. Before that date she was so healthy and she had never any operation.From that time she can't speak, swallow, walk. She is totally paralysed because of the stroke. Both part of her brain was effected because of that brain infarction. Now she is taking physiotherapy 6 days in a week. She cant eat or swallow so she is taking her food as a pure from her stomach.She can understand what you say and she can communicate with her eyes like the movie Le Scaphandre Et Le Papillon movie in french.
