Hi,

Feeling insecure along with anxiety disorder. change her lifestyle. She can adopt hobbies like reading stories.Increase her socialization. Keep a watch on some of her habit. Your family members should be supportive to her day to day affair.

She is having depression after your fathers death. You can take her to a psychiatrist who can guide and give some anti depression medicine. It will be helpful as she is going through trauma and depression.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
