What Causes Passing Of Blood White Tissue In Urine In Men?

I went to my walk in doctor today, because I was getting pains when I would urinate almost like are urinary tract infection or possibly a kidney stone passing I am a male, but now I am noticing tissue coming out everytime i urinate with a little bit of a blood at the end of it, doctor prescribed me bactrim in case it was an infection. was not having the blood and tissue when I went to see him this morning and now I m experiencing the blood and the tissue, can t tell if the tissue is white or if its got blood mixed in with it and that s why it looks like a dark color,I did pass a kidney stone about a year ago and did experience a little bit of blood and some tissue when I urinated but not the type of tissue and the amount of tissue that I m experiencing now, could this be possibly a stone orchid the tissue and blood be from an infection

Hello,

You have history of kidney stone that you expelled, presently you are passing blood with tissues on urination. Your urine is also dark in color. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a urologist. Get urinalysis (C/S and R/E) done, get histopathological examination along with the required imaging tests done so that the treatment can be started at the earliest.

If its UTI, kidney infection, etc., the treating doctor will give conservative treatment with antibiotics and analgesics. But, if its kidney stone or bladder serious pathology (cancer), it will be accordingly treated. Stay well hydrated and avoid addictions if any.
