What Causes Passing Of Brown Urine And Blood In Men?

Hi, four days ago when I tried to pass urine it did not go and was Spluttering all over the place, i had a burning sensation but could not pass urine properly, I was feeling very uncomfortable since I could not empty my bladder properly, an hour later I tried again and this time it went but very slowly and a little bit of blood mixed with urine came at the end. That night few times I went to the toilet same symptoms, and the following day it got cleared and I passed urine with no blood and colour was pale yellow, manage to empty the bladder but had to force to empty my bladder and this went on few times like this and it got cleared. The following evening when I pass urine it was clear colour but towards the end I saw a bit of blood few drips towards the end. The next time I went to the toilet in about two hours later I passed dark brown colour urine which I think was mixed with blood, and again an hour later same thing happened, and this time I saw a little black piece like a blood clot, I investigated by taking that piece on to my finger and squash it to see it was blood. Third time also within about two hours I passed urine and same effect and same colour dark brown and mixed urine/blood and another tiny 2mm piece of black blood clot passed with urine. The next time I passed urine was about three hours later and during this time I started drinking about a litre of water and the colour of urine was getting lighter brown, and three hours later when I pass urine it was pale yellow and by morning it all got cleared. I had no fever nor pain but only the uncomfortable feeling in my bladder and also little burning feeling when passing urine during this four days. I now pass urine and have no burning sensation and can empty the bladder without having to force so much and the colour has cleared up very much yellow/pale yellow. This morning I went to the clinic for some tests 1, renal profile, 2., PSA, 3.FBC, 4. ESR , 5.Urine culture, 6.X ray KUB and tomorrow I am having a Renal US scan done.Appreciate if you can give me some idea as to what problems I may have and your suggestions what I should do.Thanks
