Hi sir / Madam Last 3 day my baby s affected by loose motion immediate after getting feed. . He s 4 months old and mother feeding only . . Motion s black and yellowish color with water bubbles . . Plz as soon as possible give me the reason and solution. .

black colored stools is usually due to internal bleeding in the GI tract the upper GI tract greenish coloued is due to bile hope this explains it it continues consult a peadiatritian
