General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
His symptoms suggest that he has cardiac insufficiency after stress (even after eating, blood supply is being more diverted to the digestive system. There is stress to the heart for pumping more blood and the symptoms have occurred. He should get examined / investigated by a cardiologist and get specific medication in sufficient dose as per expert advice.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
