What Causes Patches Of Goosebumps In Right Arm After A Tingling Sensation?

hello! i just noticed patches of goosebumps that showed up on my right arm right after a tingling sensation. they aren't all over, only in patches and usually in the same spot but today it's just tingly followed by goosebumps in the upper right arm. what is causing this? i'm 39 female with no known health problems
