What Causes Patchy Sight In The Humor Of The Eye?

I have recently undergone tests for 'patchy' sight in one eye and there is a problem in the humor of the eye. I have a cholesterol level of 8.3, raised ACE and ESR levels. I also have painful joints in, particularly,the hands and feet. I have always been very keen on a healthy diet and have never eaten junk food, eat nuts and seeds and 'good' oils and drink moderately. Any ideas? Many thanks

patchy sight means the prob lem i s in vitreous. if ant thing is requered it is vtriectomy, so proper investigation is to be done and it is suggested that retina surgeon may be consulted decision may be taken according to his advise
