What Causes Peeling Rashes And Sore Throat?

my daughter was ill about 10days ago with a rash on her stomach high temperature,spots on her tongue & sore throat but now all the skin on her fingers & feet is peeling off is it anything to do with when she was bad? i have tried putting cream on but its not working
