What Causes Peeling Skin On Penis And Testicles?
A couple weeks ago, both my penis and testicles, suddenly started to peel. It did not hurt, there was no blood. It cleared up, no problems. Now, my testicle sack feels kinda scalely/leathery, and it stings a little. When I look closely, it sorta seems like it s peeling. What could be going on?

Peeling of skin on penis and testis what you are complaining of is due to dermatitis.
Kindly apply hydrocortisone cream along with neomycin. You can also apply moisturizer and zinc containing cream in addition depending on the severity.
It should subside gradually in about a week time.
