Hi!! I have gone through your history and according to me you are having hand eczema. It can be due to allergy to any specific agent. You should try to figure it out and avoid it. Besides this avoid frequent washing of your hands, keep them moisturized, make use of gloves while washing clothes or utensils and avoid using harsh chemicals. You can use high potency steroid like clobetasol propionate cream twice daily on the affected area and a good moisturizing cream on the entire hands frequently and liberally. This will surely help you.
